Shipping Policy

FITBAG ships products within two working days of receipt of order.

We take pride in ensuring we meet and where possible exceed our customer's expectations.

Should any product turn up and not meet your expectations please contact us straight away to ensure we can address any issues you may have.

Return & Exchange Policy

FITBAG products carry a 12-month warranty against poor workmanship or faulty goods.

In most cases, we will replace old for new as this is best for our clients. This warranty, however, does not cover normal wear and tear and it is important you use your FITBAG as its intended.
